The Physiology Of Physical Illness From A Holistic Perspective

Illness is part of life, it is an indicator that something is not right in our organism, with this note I want to clarify the path to the illness so that the way out seems simpler. When you feel fit and energetic you are not only capable of much more physically, it also has a positive influence on your mental health. Perhaps the biggest advantage of maximum health is that you can enjoy your life much longer and in full health.

Our body runs the daily risk of becoming sick due to all the toxic substances that we ingest through, among other things. our environment, food, and cosmetics ...

The two primary reasons for the illness are:

1. Nutrient deficiencies
2. Toxicity

Because we receive so many toxic substances, our bodies can no longer remove those toxic substances in a natural way.

The toxins are therefore stored in the organs, tissues, and cells (especially fat cells).

Where they can sit for years and cause all kinds of chronic and degenerative disorders, such as neurological disorders and cancer.

That is why it is necessary to cleanse your body of toxicity by means of a clean diet (with which you get the right nutrients again) and a detox nutrition program.

How is Maximum Health achieved?
From a holistic view, Maximum Health is achieved in 3 phases:

1. Clean

In this first phase, we are going to remove all the toxins that are stored in our organs, tissues, and cells, so this is a deep cleaning of every cell in your body.

2. Connect After cleansing your body,

it's time to put your finger on the latest imbalances and problems that prevent you from achieving maximum health. During this phase, Prevention of diseases is central, so you will be able to achieve maximum Energy, connect body and mind

3. Growth your love for life, passion and "sense of life" is the highest form of health, which is achieved through growth and challenge.

Do what is "exciting" and what challenges us to give and be more.

How do all these toxins get into our body and what are the symptoms?

Our body is exposed to many toxins every day. And we are not only talking about toxic substances that are all known to us, such as exhaust gases and cigarette smoke but also products that we use every day and without actually knowing that they are harmful to us, such as:

• processed food
• organ meats, non-organic food
• cosmetics deodorant
• non-biological cleaning products
• (aluminum and non-stick cookware) • plastic products
• vaccinations
• batteries
• Heavy medications that are hard to process by the liver
• prostheses, braces

• air pollution

Thankfully our body has an ingenious natural cleaning process that removes substances that can do us harm from our bodies.

But If we come into contact with too many toxic substances, our body simply cannot cope with the removal of all those substances.

Being the genius work of art that it is our body has devised something clever about that problem:

the toxins that your body cannot lose can be stored in fat cells so that they cannot cause any damage to the body.

The toxins are stored in these cells until the liver has an opportunity to break them down. But because many people do not or hardly break down fat cells, these toxins can remain in your body for years and end up in the bloodstream where it is fed around the body and can cause damage in other places in the body.

In the long-term, these toxins cause a variety of chronic and degenerative disorders, including neurological disorders and cancer.

Symptoms of too many toxins in your body include:

  • fatigue

  • dejection

  • digestive problems

  • delayed fat burning

  • weight gain

  • sore joints

  • depressions

  • increased blood sugar

  • fungal infections, including candida

  • specific problems in women, such as menstrual problems, infertility, miscarriages, high blood pressure during pregnancy and premature birth

Because your body is no longer able to remove the abundance of toxins from your body, it is therefore essential that you support your body in its own natural cleaning process.

A good way to do that is by detoxing because with a good detox all toxins stored in your cells are safely removed from your body.

Detoxing daily can be very simple, read about it in my next post!
